rebate percentage with clients. This rebate program
is only available where offered by HomePlus Real Estate
/ Mortgage and where HomePlus Real Estate / Mortgage
provides brokerage / mortgage services, where permitted
under state and federal law, when not otherwise prohibited
or limited by the buyers lender(s), builder, or seller
and when it is listed on the HUD-1 and other official
closing document as required by law or the buyer's
lender.
