First I would like to say I had doubts when I registered on Lending Tree with regards to your services, and to be honest I didn’t think I would really use a lender you provided after the first quote I received, I then received two more but never a fourth.


Summit Funding came in with the lowest rate but I received one call from them while I was at work and asked if they could call me back later that day, and I did not hear from them again until THREE MONTHS LATER!!

Ryan Brandt at Home Plus not only called me, sent me e-mails but also listened to me when I explained to him I was clueless to what is involved when purchasing a home and mortgages. Ryan took the time to talk to me and give me guidance and explained he would be there to answer any questions I may have and this is why I chose Home Plus Mortgage through Lending Tree.

This home purchase was not easy by a long shot and it took five months before I finally found the home and yet Ryan was still there each time I needed him for questions, advice be it day or night during my house hunting and this is why I truly think Ryan Brandt is the epitome of customer service, something you don’t find to often in business anymore.


Through Lending Tree and Home Plus and given the fact that the housing market was going bad, the banks getting scared Ryan Brandt still got for me what my realtor and friends tell me was a great loan, not only that but my realtor explained to me the ease it was working with him when there was anything she needed Ryan was there each time with whatever she requested.


My own bank of over ten years could not come close to the deal Ryan worked for me let alone the service I received, and I have and will tell everyone I know about Home Plus Mortgage and Ryan Brandt.


The only thing I didn’t understand with Lending Tree is the Gift Card through Home Depot and even though I could have used it from Lending Tree (you need to make the details clearer and understandable) my experience because of Home Plus Mortgage was FANTASTIC!!!!


I will receive the keys to my first home in a couple of hours and just wanted to say “thanks” to Lending Tree and Ryan Brandt of Home Plus Mortgage for making this possible.
