Happy new year! I wanted to say thank you again for all the effort you put in for us - we're not moved in yet (getting the wood floors refinished/repaired, and going to get the place painted as well), but it feels great just to have the place, be in control of the timing, and know it's all up to us as to how much/little we do now before moving in.
As to the LendingTree review stuff, I would absolutely be giving you 5 stars (or whatever the top rating is), but according to their website when I sign in (even following the link where they ask me for my feedback), it's been too long (I guess that's what a 3 month escrow will do) since I originally submitted my info through them. I'll follow up with them if I can, but wanted to make you aware, at the least.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my mortgage loan with HomePlus Mortgage. The loan agent, Shiloh, worked very diligently and tirelessly on the home mortgage. It was a very difficult transaction since it was a bank owned home that had a great number of complications to deal with. HomePlus found me a jumbo mortgage loan at a very good rate (5.125) and it just closed about a week ago. I just wanted to write to thank you again for working so incredibly hard for us to get us funded for this house. Jon rented a UHAUL today and is moving all the big stuff over with his dad. EXTENSIVE search of mortgage lenders that offer VA loans. Craig's
company had the BEST rates and were the most honest in setting
expectations. You know that I wouldn't refer someone lightly. Luckily,
